Koldskål / Cold bowl
Most people love to eat cold bowl when it is hot, – like the smiling girl at the bag with “kammerjunkere” (biscuits) apparently does. Or perhaps she eat them as little snacks, like someone else does, too…
The original recipe is buttermilk, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
Cold bowl is sold in 1 liter carton, and sold out early when it is hot, so be quick if you entend to join the koldskål feast.
