Christmas lunch

Almost everyone are joining the traditional “Julefrokost”  Chistmas lunch – or perhaps even a couple – in December,  before Christmas eve. If the menu is traditional, the first serving will be herring. There are many different types. The picture show a rype called: Stegte sild, “fried herring”.

      Oh, so you like herring, – they are often described as a bit too sour to foreigners. Then you can join any festive lunch here. 🙂
