Lunch for two

A nice little lunch for two, ryebread and “pålæg” topping of different kind: Egg and tomatoe with mayonnaise, schrimps with mayonnaise and lemon, ham with “Italian salad” which is made of peas and small pieces of carrot, mixed with a mayonnaise of a kind, meatballs with beetroot, cheese, butter, pieces of carrot. And of course a danish beer.

    Yummy. We like schrimps, too. We fry it and add salt. 🙂

    Very nice, and not so different from our norwegian luch. But of course we don’t drink beer for luch as often…
