Hveder for all prayers day

All prayers day – in Danish called “Store Bededag”, is an old  Danish holiday (1686) , celebrated on the 4th Friday after Easter, which in 2013 is April 26. According to the tradition, warm bread called  “Varme hveder” will be eaten in many homes the evening before, and people will promenade at the the old ramparts at the citadel.
